Here is the full cast list for Annie Get Your Gun. As Courtney indicated to you all earlier earlier, this show could have been cast several times over from among the talent we have available in our amazing group. There are several other singing and acting roles which will be cast in the course of rehearsals. Thanks to all who shared their talents during auditions and callbacks. We look forward to seeing everyone at the Fall Business Meeting and Read-through on Nov. 17 at Tappan, and to an exciting January and February spent together. The callback list has been sent out to those who are called back for a specific part. If you have not received a separate notice, you will definitely be a part of the ensemble. Here is a note from Courtney:

Come out all you talented Burns Parkers! Singing and dancing auditions for this year's show, Annie Get Your Gun, will begin at 7 pm on October 20 at Tappan Middle School. Come back at 7 pm on Tuesday October 21 for acting auditions. No preparation is necessary, but we can tell you that the singing audition will be a choice of "There's No Business Like Show Business" or "The Girl I Marry." Everyone who wishes to be in the cast must audition, but we're a supportive and encouraging group, and we think you'll have a good time. The callback list will be distributed by email on October 22, and will occur at 7pm on October 23.

The 2009-10 Burns Park Players Membership Dues are $25 per individual (tshirt and DVD charged separately).

Once again it's that time of year! The Burns Park Players will be
having our annual fall meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 7:30 in the
Burns Park Auditorium with a 7:00 welcome for new members.

This year's show is ANNIE GET YOUR GUN - production dates will be the
weekends of February 6 and 13. Auditions will take place October 20,
21 with callbacks on the 23rd.

Family membership dues are $40, which will include a DVD of the
performance as well as one Annie Get Your Gun T-shirt.

Tickets for reserved seats are typically sold at Morgan & York, 1928 Packard St., Ann Arbor, MI. (734) 662-0798, a couple of weeks before the show opens. When you stop in to buy tickets, tell them how much you appreciate the way their establishment supports our community!

I am thrilled to pass on the news: The Burns Park Players Board met last night and finalized a show and director for 2009!

We are very excited to put on this fun, sassy, upbeat show which is chock-full of fabulous songs including "There's No Business Like Show Business", "Doin' What Comes Natur'lly", "You Can't Get A Man With A Gun", "They Say It's Wonderful", and "Anything You Can Do.".
