During the dress rehearsals and the performances, the children in the show are cared for by members of the company. Volunteers for the childcare crew organize the care, food and activities for the children and act as caregivers in Tappan's cafeteria while the rehearsals and performances take place. This is a good volunteer opportunity for individuals who would prefer a concentrated commitment at the end of the production schedule.
